Arrowhead Solution a B2B (Staffing) company is looking to hire Sales Executives for its Head office to join its vibrant team.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in cold calling to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, making outbound cold calls, and effectively pitching our products/services to generate leads and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have a B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Timing: 5 PM - 2 AM (Monday to Friday).
