Sales Specialist– B2B SaaS

About Us:
We are an early-stage startup building a SaaS Feedback Platform designed for the hospitality industry. Our product helps hotels and other hospitality businesses.
We're now looking for our first Sales Representative to kick-start our customer base, starting with boutique and mid-range hotels and expanding to larger chains and other sectors over time.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from research and lead generation to outreach, product demo, and closing deals. We'll support you with product knowledge and technical backing, but sales strategy and execution will be owned by you.
If you perform well, there's a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role with leadership growth (Sales Lead / Head of Sales) as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential hotel clients in targeted area (starting with boutique and mid-range hotels).
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline through online research, networking, and outreach.
- Schedule meetings, deliver product demos, and negotiate deals.
- Work closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy and messaging.
- Represent the brand professionally in front of hospitality clients.
What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B sales experience (SaaS or hospitality preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with the hospitality sector is a bonus, but a fast learner with sales hunger is equally valued.
