Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing the organization's human resources operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and policies. This role requires a proactive, people-focused individual who can lead the HR team, oversee daily HR functions, and contribute to creating a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. The role also demands the ability to effectively manage both
onsite and remote employees
to ensure consistent communication, performance, and engagement across all work environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees, both onsite and remote.
2. Payroll Management
- Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee attendance, leaves, and salary records.
3. Employee Engagement
- Design and implement initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives for both remote and onsite teams.
- Gather employee feedback to improve the work culture and environment.
4. Policy Making & Compliance
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with HR regulations and standards.
- Communicate and enforce HR policies effectively across all departments.
5. Conflict Management
- Address employee grievances and workplace conflicts promptly and fairly.
- Act as a mediator between employees and management to ensure healthy professional relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical HR practices.
6. Employee Monitoring & Performance
- Track employee performance, attendance, and productivity metrics.
- Support performance appraisals and provide guidance for employee development plans.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company standards.
7. Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Provide direction, training, and performance feedback to the HR staff.
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the HR team.
8. Office & Workforce Management
- Oversee general office management, facilities, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth office functioning.
- Ensure a professional, safe, and well-maintained work environment.
- Effectively manage both remote and onsite employees
, ensuring communication consistency, policy adherence, and engagement across all locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Experience managing hybrid teams (remote and onsite).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
