Topnotch Furnishers is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic search and digital visibility efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong, verifiable experience in e-commerce SEO and demonstrated success with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). This role requires strategic planning ability, technical SEO expertise, and the capacity to lead and guide projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Use AEO strategies to help our pages appear in quick-answer boxes on Google, "People Also Ask" sections, and AI-based search results
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors and market trends
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, metadata, website structure, and internal linking
  • Perform ongoing technical SEO audits to ensure proper site performance and crawling
  • Track and report SEO performance metrics with clear recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams for coordinated execution
  • Provide guidance and leadership on SEO initiatives and support junior team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2.5-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce SEO (portfolio or live results required)
  • Demonstrated experience and results in
    Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO practices
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
  • Must be currently based in Islamabad and able to commute daily to our I-10 office
  • Onsite availability Monday to Friday is required
