We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic
Senior SEO Lead

to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for

owningleading

the SEO department — managing high-level client communication, overseeing technical and content SEO strategy, and mentoring a team of SEO specialists. The ideal candidate is both technically sound and an excellent communicator, capable of driving results and evolving the department independently.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead point of contact for Tentwenty SEO clients, ensuring confident, timely, and strategic communication
• Develop, lead, and deliver end-to-end SEO services including:
• SEO Audits (technical + content)
• Competitor Analysis and Keyword Gap Research
• SEO One-Time Setup (foundational on-site optimization)
• SEO Monthly Retainers & Roadmap Execution
• AI Search Optimization

using responsible AI tools
- Advanced Analytics & Custom Performance Dashboards
- Advanced Local SEO Services (Google Business Profile optimization, map rankings, etc.)
- Schema markup and structured data integration
- Indexation & Crawl Budget Management
- Technical health reviews for apps, CMS platforms, and CRM-connected ecosystems
- Focus on
driving high-conversion traffic

and measurable ROI through performance-focused SEO strategies
- Mentor and review the work of the SEO team — providing structured, insightful feedback
- Coordinate across departments (content, design, dev) for cohesive SEO delivery
- Continuously optimize internal workflows, reporting standards, and team efficiency
- Stay updated with evolving algorithms, AI tools, and search engine trends to ensure Tentwenty delivers industry-leading SEO performance
- As the team grows hire great talent that assures great results for our customers

Required Skills:

Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of proven SEO experience
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with Google Ads (AdWords) campaign setup, performance tracking, and optimization for SEO alignment
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Experience with client-facing communication and SEO reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal oversight
• Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale SEO projects

for web, mobile apps, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and CRM-integrated systems
- Understanding of the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, Frase) in SEO in a responsible and value-driven manner
- Demonstrated success in achieving
high-conversion SEO outcomes and lead generation

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript basics
• Experience in international SEO or multi-language websites
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
• Past agency experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven record of successful SEO projects (case studies or references will be a plus)
• Certifications in SEO,

Google adwords,

Google Analytics, or related areas are a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to integrate modern AI tools effectively into the SEO workflow without compromising quality or compliance
