Role Overview:
HATO Pakistan is seeking a visionary and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead national sales initiatives and drive market expansion across Pakistan. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with a strong grasp of agricultural dynamics, particularly in poultry and dairy, and a proven ability to deliver growth through consultative selling and strategic planning.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of national sales strategies to accelerate HATO's footprint in Pakistan's livestock lighting market.
- Identify high-potential clients and strategic partners within the poultry and dairy sectors.
- Cultivate long-term relationships by delivering tailored lighting solutions that enhance animal welfare and farm profitability.
- Champion HATO's value proposition through impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and industry engagement.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that align with sales objectives and market trends.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent HATO at key agricultural events and forums nationwide.
- Provide data-driven sales forecasts and performance insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in poultry and dairy equipment or agritech.
- Strong connections with people in the poultry and dairy sectors and selling record.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of leading initiatives independently.
