Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
IT & NOC Engineer
with proven expertise in managing and maintaining network and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in configuring wireless networks, managing virtual machines, setting up on-premises Active Directory, and administering firewalls—especially
Unifi Machines
. The role requires strong monitoring, alerting, and risk mitigation capabilities to ensure secure and uninterrupted IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, deploy, and maintain
wireless network infrastructure
.

·      Configure and manage
Virtual Machines (VMs)
across different hypervisors.

·      Set up and administer
Active Directory on on-premises servers
.

·      Configure, monitor, and maintain
firewalls
, particularly
Unifi Dream Pro Max
.

·      Monitor
network traffic
, raise alerts, and proactively mitigate potential risks.

·      Set up and manage
network load balancing
and optimize network performance.

·      Maintain
network documentation
and keep configurations up to date.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

·      Ensure
system uptime
through continuous network health monitoring.

Required Skills:

·      Hands-on experience with
wireless networking
,
firewall management
, and
virtualization platforms
(VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).

·      Proficiency in working with
Unifi Dream Pro Max
or similar enterprise firewalls.

·      Strong knowledge of
network protocols
,
routing and switching
, and
VPN configurations
.

·      Proficient in
Active Directory
installation and maintenance.

·      Minimum certification requirement:
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
.

·      Knowledge of
network performance monitoring tools
and SIEM platforms.

·      Ability to
analyze and troubleshoot network issues
efficiently.

·      Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

·      Knowledge of
Azure Active Directory
and related cloud services.

·      Additional certifications such as
CompTIA Network+
,
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
, or
CCNP
.

·      Familiarity with
cloud-based networking
(e.g., AWS/Azure networking).

·      Understanding of
ITIL processes
, NOC procedures, and ticketing systems.

·      Experience with
automation tools/scripts
for routine NOC operations.

·      Experience working with Linux based server will be a plus.
