Bilal Metals is a prominent player in the metal manufacturing sector, recognized for its dedication to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Costing & Budgeting Manager to join our finance department at our Port Qasim location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and oversee costing frameworks, budgeting processes, and financial projections.
  • Prepare detailed variance analyses and deliver insights to enhance cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to assess and refine cost structures.
  • Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability assessments.
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle and assist management with long-term financial planning.
  • Generate regular financial performance reports and suggest appropriate corrective measures.
  • Maintain adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CIMA qualification is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, or financial planning—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills paired with effective leadership capabilities.
