Role Overview
The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the coworking floor at Cowork24. This role ensures a smooth working environment for coworkers, maintains service standards, supervises staff, and addresses member needs efficiently. The Floor Manager will act as the first point of contact for operational issues and ensure the coworking community has a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Floor Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the coworking floor, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the floor, common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities.
- Ensure workspace readiness (desks, chairs, internet, power supply, and utilities).
- Handle shift rosters for housekeeping, support staff, and reception team.
- Coordinate with vendors/maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
Member Relations & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary contact point for coworkers regarding operational needs.
- Assist new members with onboarding and workspace orientation.
- Resolve coworker concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Foster a professional, welcoming, and collaborative environment.
Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide support staff (housekeeping, security, front desk).
- Conduct regular briefings with team members to align on service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain attendance and usage records of the floor.
- Track and report operational issues, member feedback, and incident logs.
- Support the operations team in implementing SOPs and compliance checks.
- Assist in executing floor-level community engagement activities/events.
