Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Floor Manager at Tandoori Night in Islamabad. The Restaurant Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service, overseeing daily operations, managing the floor staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. The manager will also handle hiring, training, and managing communication between staff and management, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Training staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage service
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
