  • Hands-on with MS Intune

  • Must be fluent and have exposure to Azure and Intune infra experience.

  • Hands on experience in Software distribution, Patch Management using Intune.

  • MECM co management, Autopilot, Azure AD Cloud based endpoint management workloads.

  • Migration experience from SCCM to Intune

  • Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of MECM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.

  • Ability to provide recommendations around MECM vs Intune and or hybrid implementations Assist and improving processes related with day-to-day MECM service delivery

  • Device Management using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security including Conditional Access Windows Defender ATP Microsoft BitLocker.

  • Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.

  • Understanding of Vulnerability Reports and mitigate the risk by applying relevant patches part of patch management procedure.

  • Knowledge on Server/Network Security.

  • Knowledge on Azure update management point for vulnerability/Patch manage.

  • Must have good scripting knowledge like PowerShell/VBScript/Batch.

  • SLA adherence for patch management

  • Experience with MECM Disaster recovery.

  • Good to have knowledge on AD, GPO, DNS and DHCP.

  • Must knowledge on Adaptiva, Lansweeper tools

  • Should be able to resolve the tasks escalated by L1 and L2 teams.

  • Experience in incident, change and problem management processes

  • Knowledge on ITIL processes.

  • Expertise in package deployment, Software Updates, OSD with troubleshooting

  • VB scripting and knowledge in PowerShell scripting

  • Good communication skills.

  • Un-attended OS build knowledge

  • Good troubleshooting skills of OS build and document writing.

  • Experience in Architecture/Design of Windows Server Infrastructure

  • Good in Capacity Management.
