About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive
to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions including
payroll, employee documentation, attendance management, recruitment, and employee benefits
. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations and capable of ensuring smooth and compliant processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end
    payroll processing
    , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date
    employee documentation and records
    .
  • Oversee
    attendance and leave management systems
    , resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle
    recruitment cycle
    : job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer
    employee benefits programs
    and respond to related queries.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
  • Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, and HR documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with HR software/HRIS and MS Office (Excel in particular).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
