About the Role:

Astral Logistics Solutions, a U.S.-based trucking and dispatch company, is expanding its team in Lahore and looking for a
Human Resource Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about people management — helping us build a professional, high-performing team and a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for dispatch, sales, and support roles.
  • Maintain employee data, attendance, and performance records.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members.
  • Support in policy implementation, employee engagement, and compliance.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and HR documentation.
  • Provide data support for payroll and leave management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (logistics, dispatch, or BPO preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
