Responsibilities

  • Model and texture high-quality characters, environments, and props optimized for mobile platforms.

  • Prepare 3D assets for seamless integration in Unity, including prefab setup, LODs, and collision meshes.

  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to ensure assets are properly implemented and performing well in-game.

  • Maintain consistency with the game's art direction and follow technical constraints for mobile platforms.

  • Optimize models and textures to meet performance benchmarks (poly count, texture resolution, draw calls, etc.).

  • Assist with asset reviews and incorporate feedback to polish and improve the visual quality.

  • Maintain clean and organized files, naming conventions, and documentation for handoff to the dev team.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in the gaming industry, preferably mobile.

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.

  • Skilled in texturing using Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, and texture baking.

  • Hands-on experience working with Unity for asset integration, prefab setup, materials, and lighting.

  • Solid portfolio showcasing real-time game assets and mobile-friendly 3D art.
