About The Role
As a Brand & UX Content Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping the voice and messaging of our brand across digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to create seamless, user-focused content experiences, from microcopy in the product to website content and automated messaging. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic brand thinking with a passion for user-centered design, content automation, and crafting compelling digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Messaging Development:

Develop and execute content strategies that ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across the entire user journey. Align content with brand objectives and user needs, enhancing the brand's presence across the product, website, and automated content.

  • UX Writing & Product Content Creation:

Create clear, user-centric copy for product interfaces, onboarding flows, and in-app messaging. Ensure content enhances usability and guides users seamlessly through the product experience. Work closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive copy that complements design and optimizes the user experience.

  • Website Content Strategy & Development:

Lead content creation for the website, ensuring a unified brand voice and message that is engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for search. Oversee content structure, navigation, and tone to improve user flow and support business goals.

  • Copy Automation & Optimization:

Design and implement automated content flows (email sequences, push notifications, chatbot copy) that engage users at scale while maintaining a personalized experience. Use data to optimize content for conversions, user engagement, and retention.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure content strategy aligns with broader business objectives. Participate in the content creation process for both branded and user-generated experiences, with a focus on consistency and clarity.

  • Content Performance Analysis & Iteration:

Monitor and analyze content performance metrics across digital channels. Continuously iterate on content to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion, leveraging insights to refine strategies.

  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends:

Research emerging trends in UX writing, content automation, and digital strategy. Stay updated on best practices and new tools to continuously innovate and optimize content delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong ability to adapt tone and voice based on user context and brand objectives.
  • Experience with UX writing best practices, microcopy, and content optimization for product interfaces.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), and experience with website content strategy and development.
  • Knowledge of copy automation tools and platforms (e.g., email automation, chatbots, push notifications).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-driven content strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work in UX writing, website content, and product content strategy is a must.
