Decimal Solution is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive focused on outbound sales and strategic partnerships. This is on-site role, in which you will drive lead generation, build new client relationships, and explore partnership opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to expand our customer base and meet ambitious growth goals. Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude are key to succeeding in this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and freelance marketplaces (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer).
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with agencies, resellers, and freelancers to broaden business opportunities.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Platform Management: Manage company profiles on Upwork and other freelance platforms; respond to inquiries and convert leads into projects.
- Reporting & CRM: Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools; provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience; candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience will stand out.
- Communication: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. Goal-driven and able to work independently.
- Upwork Familiarity: Understanding of freelance platforms like Upwork or Fiverr.
- Location & Schedule: Must be based in or near Rawalpindi/Islamabad and available to work on-site in I-8/4, Islamabad.
