About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced ASO & Publishing Specialist who will be responsible for driving the visibility, conversion, and ranking of our mobile apps and games on app stores (Google Play & Apple App Store). This role blends ASO strategy with hands-on publishing expertise to maximize organic growth and ensure smooth app lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ASO strategies to increase organic downloads and improve app store rankings
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights for both apps and games
  • Optimize app metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and promotional texts
  • Manage app listings and ensure timely updates, submissions, and store compliance
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to create compelling store creatives (icons, screenshots, videos)
  • Monitor and analyze app performance metrics using ASO and analytics tools
  • Stay updated with changes in app store algorithms, trends, and publishing policies
  • Collaborate with product, UA, and content teams to align ASO efforts with overall growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, CS, Business, or relevant field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ASO and app publishing (preferably for both apps and mobile games)
  • Strong understanding of Google Play Console, App Store Connect, and 3rd-party ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak, Mobile Action, Sensor Tower)
  • Experience with A/B testing store elements and optimizing conversion rates
  • Knowledge of localization strategies for global publishing
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with app launch pipelines and publishing lifecycle
  • Familiarity with app monetization models and install trends
