Role Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team of sales executives, drive client acquisition strategies, and ensure the achievement of team sales targets. This role requires leadership, performance management, and deep understanding of the forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

Support team members in closing high-value deals and building client relationships.

Monitor daily sales activities and performance metrics.

Conduct training sessions on sales techniques and market updates.

Coordinate with the marketing department for campaigns, promotions, and events.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high client retention.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or Finance.

3–5 years of experience in Forex / Financial Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Strong team management and motivational skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Knowledge of Forex products, platforms, and market trends.

Fluency in English and Urdu required.
