We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Handle email correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Take minutes during meetings and manage action items
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist in planning and organizing events or business activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs5,000.00 per month
