Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Renovation (Civil). Qualifications

  • Expertise in Civil Engineering, including construction, renovation, and site supervision.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities for contractor and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in civil construction or retail renovation projects is preferred.
