Job Title: Ad Performance Specialist

About Us:

We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Ad Performance Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a key role in optimizing our digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms, maximizing ROI, and driving customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of ad performance and key metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads align with campaign goals.
  • Develop and implement A/B tests to optimize ad copy, targeting, and creatives.
  • Monitor budget spend, ensuring that campaigns are delivering on objectives.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize campaigns effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data in a clear, actionable way.

Preferred:

  • Min 2 years of Experience in related field
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
