Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Lahore District. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of HR management processes. Responsibilities also include providing support to employees, addressing HR-related queries, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Experience in overall Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry
