Job Description: HR Executive (A4 Accountant)

Job Title: HR Executive (Specializing in Attendance & Employee Monitoring)

Department: Human Resources

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year

Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Location: 116-D, DHA Phase 8, Lahore

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage critical administrative functions for our A4 Accountant team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate attendance tracking, manage schedules, and monitor productivity through screen monitoring systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with up to one year of experience to build a strong foundation in HR operations within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance & Leave Management:

  1. Meticulously check and prepare daily attendance reports for the A4 Accountant team.

  2. Manage and update leave records (sick leaves, casual leaves, annual leaves) in the system.

  3. Coordinate with team leads to validate attendance discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

  4. Prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.

Screen Monitoring & Productivity Analysis:

  1. Monitor screen activity of the A4 Accountant team to ensure compliance with company policies and productivity standards.

  2. Generate regular reports on productivity levels and flag any inconsistencies for management review.

  3. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while handling monitoring data.

HR Administration:

  1. Assist in maintaining employee records and files for the A4 Accountant department.

  2. Support the HR team with onboarding and orientation for new hires in the department.

  3. Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an HR or administrative role.

  3. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (for creating and managing attendance sheets).

  4. Familiarity with attendance management software and screen monitoring tools is a plus.

  5. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  6. Excellent integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
