Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic
Human Resources Executive
to join our head office team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and post job advertisements across platforms.

  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring with brand managers and chefs.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction for new employees.

Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR database.

  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, confirmations, and other HR documents.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Assist in compiling attendance, overtime, and incentive data for payroll processing.

  • Coordinate with accounts to ensure timely salary disbursements and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of leaves, advances, and deductions.

Coordinate staff training schedules and maintain training records.

  • Support performance evaluations and identify training needs with department heads.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Support conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.

Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.

  • Support recruitment drives for new branches or seasonal hiring needs.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (hospitality or retail preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software or SAP is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
