
Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related concerns.
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports, track HR metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and exit processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Executive or in a similar role (1–2 years).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software .
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
