Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and HR-related concerns.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, track HR metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and exit processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Executive or in a similar role (1–2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software .
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
