About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience working on freelance platforms (like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation. You'll play a key role in finding new business opportunities, managing client communications, and helping the company grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow profiles on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Write customized proposals and submit quality bids.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keep up with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in business development on freelance platforms.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) for client communication.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
