Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk. This role involves handling administrative support, answering phone calls, managing guest entries, and supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure front desk coverage at all times
- Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
- Support HR/Admin team with document handling and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized
Salary Bracket 35000 to 40000
