Job Summary:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk. This role involves handling administrative support, answering phone calls, managing guest entries, and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure front desk coverage at all times
  • Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings
  • Support HR/Admin team with document handling and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
  • Punctual, reliable, and highly organized

Salary Bracket 35000 to 40000
