RTW Creation is looking for a smart, curious, and proactive Automation Engineer who's passionate about transforming manual workflows into seamless, AI-powered systems.If you're someone who enjoys building solutions using n8n, LLM agents like ChatGPT, or visual automation tools like ComfyUI, this role is for you. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, implement smart workflows, and continually optimize processes for scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business processes that can be automated to save time and reduce errors.
  • ComfyUI or similar tools for internal content generation or creative automation.
  • Document automation logic, conduct testing, and ensure reliable deployments.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to scale automations.
  • Monitor, debug, and enhance existing automation workflows based on KPIs.

Skills Required

  • n8n (or Make, Zapier)
  • OpenAI / ChatGPT API
  • LangChain or similar LLM agents
  • ComfyUI / Stable Diffusion / Image generation APIs
  • Google Sheets / Google Apps Script
  • REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON-based integrations

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience building automations with n8n, Zapier, or similar tools (At least one year).
  • Understanding of ChatGPT agents, OpenAI API, or LLM workflows.Experience with API integrations and JSON data formatting.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Optional: Experience with Python, , or Apps Script is a plus.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience automating eCommerce workflows (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Building internal tools using Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar.
