Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Tour Coordinator. The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, handling event management tasks, and driving sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating tour schedules, managing bookings, communicating with clients, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all participants.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Guided Tours and Event Management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and the ability to drive sales efforts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with travel and tourism industry practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or related field
