Job Description:

The Individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management processes, and effective stakeholder engagement across departments such as Tax, Finance, and IT and legal. The role requires expertise in business administration, SAP operations, and the ability to manage dashboards, prepare business presentations, and ensure smooth coordination among internal and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

end-to-end operational activities

Finance, IT, legal and Tax

SAP operations, stakeholder management

digital business processes
within Pakistan's largest telecom organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end
    procurement and finance operations
    , including requisitions, purchase orders, Out-payment and contract administration.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Operations) to ensure smooth workflows and timely approvals.
  • Support
    vendor coordination
    , ensuring timely deliveries, compliance, and resolution of operational issues.
  • Monitor and update procurement dashboards and reports for management visibility and decision support.
  • Prepare and present professional
    presentations and summaries
    for management reviews.
  • Utilize
    SAP
    for procurement data entry, tracking, and workflow management.
  • Leverage
    Microsoft Excel
    for reporting, analysis, and basic tracking.
  • Follow up proactively with departments and vendors to ensure process completion within deadlines.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for greater efficiency and automation.

  • Good understanding of
    procurement processes and management
    principles.
  • Basic knowledge of
    finance and tax implications
    in procurement.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
    (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to
    procurement, business operations, or SAP systems
    is preferred.
  • Project management or coordination experience
    will be an added advantage.
