Job Description

As a
Security Manager
, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical safety and security of company personnel, assets, and facilities. This role requires proactive risk identification, coordination with law enforcement and military agencies, and implementation of robust crisis management plans.

In addition, you will maintain accurate records of all security incidents and investigations and provide regular reports to senior management. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure the effective implementation of security protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Hyderabad, Karachi, or Matiari (Sindh)
  • Proven experience in corporate or operational security roles
  • Strong understanding of physical security, crisis response, and risk assessment
  • Experience in record-keeping and incident reporting
  • Ability to coordinate with local law enforcement, military, and government agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and during emergencies
  • Familiarity with regional security dynamics in Sindh is a strong plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in security operations, facility protection, or risk management (experience in industrial or corporate environments preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems
  • Proven experience in team leadership, crisis management, and coordination with law enforcement agencies
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu and other local languages is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage 24/7 security operations, and ensure safety compliance across all shifts
