Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager - Central in Lahore. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves analyzing customer needs and feedback to improve services and products.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
