About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer
to design, develop, and optimize embedded hardware solutions for cutting-edge industrial and embedded systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded circuit design, microcontroller-based hardware development, and system-level integration, along with a proven ability to deliver reliable and scalable hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded hardware circuits for industrial, IoT, and automation systems.
  • Select and integrate microcontrollers, processors, sensors, and communication modules.
  • Collaborate with firmware, PCB design, and mechanical teams for complete hardware solutions.
  • Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, and hardware validation.
  • Lead hardware prototyping, bring-up, and debugging in lab environments.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and industry standards.
  • Generate technical documentation, BOMs, and maintain design version control.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support continuous innovation in hardware design.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong expertise in
    embedded hardware design
    with microcontrollers, SoCs, and peripheral devices.
  • Proficiency in
    PCB design tools
    (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of
    analog/digital circuit design
    , power supply design, and mixed-signal systems.
  • Hands-on experience with
    communication protocols
    (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, Modbus).
  • Familiarity with
    sensors, wireless modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa), and industrial interfaces
    .
  • Skilled in using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power supplies, etc.).
  • Knowledge of
    EMI/EMC standards
    , power optimization, and thermal design.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in
    automotive, IoT, robotics, or industrial automation hardware
    .
  • Knowledge of
    firmware/hardware co-design and debugging
    .
  • Familiarity with international certification standards (
    CE, FCC, ISO
    ).
  • Exposure to
    low-power design
    and energy-efficient embedded systems.
