About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer to support the development of multilayer PCB designs for embedded systems and industrial-grade hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PCB design, system-level integration, and design optimization, with understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop high-speed, multilayer PCB layouts for embedded, analog, and digital systems.

· Create schematics, conduct layout reviews, and generate BOMs using tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar platforms.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, testing) on system-level hardware architecture.

· Hardware prototyping, bring-up, and debugging in lab environments.

· Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) compliance.

· Maintain hardware documentation, version control, and project timelines.

· Perform advanced signal integrity, thermal, and power integrity analysis (a plus).

Required Skills & Expertise

· Knowledge of PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).

· Experience in multilayer board design, including impedance control and high-speed routing (a plus).

· Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and SoCs.

· Knowledge of communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) (a plus).

· knowledge of using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
