About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled
Hardware Design Engineer (PCB Designer)
to contribute to the development of multilayer PCB designs for embedded systems and industrial-grade hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PCB design, system-level integration, and design optimization, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-speed, multilayer PCB layouts for embedded, analog, and digital systems.
  • Create schematics, conduct layout reviews, and generate BOMs using design tools such as
    Altium Designer
    ,
    OrCAD
    , or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, and testing) to define and implement system-level hardware architectures.
  • Perform hardware prototyping, bring-up, and debugging in lab environments.
  • Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors to ensure
    Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
    and
    Design for Testability (DFT)
    compliance.
  • Maintain accurate hardware documentation, version control, and project timelines.
  • Perform signal integrity, thermal, and power integrity analyses (preferred).

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).
  • Experience in multilayer board design, including impedance control and high-speed routing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and SoCs.
  • Understanding of communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet).
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power supplies.
