Deep Learning Engineer
who's eager to dive deep into
LLMs
,
vision-language models
, and the latest in
model fine-tuning
techniques.

What You'll Be Working On

This is not your typical AI role—you'll be building systems that See, Understand, Learn and Generate.

  • Fine-tune
    foundational LLMs
    (Mistral, LLaMA 2/3, Falcon) using parameter-efficient methods like
    QLoRA
    ,
    LoRA
    , and
    Unsloth
    .
  • Develop pipelines for
    vision-language models (VLMs)
    such as
    CLIP
    ,
    BLIP
    ,
    LLAVA
    , and others.
  • Train and evaluate models for use cases like image captioning, visual Q&A, and multi-modal search.
  • Optimize models for inference using
    ONNX
    ,
    TensorRT
    , or
    Triton Inference Server
    .
  • Build reproducible experiments using
    Weights & Biases
    ,
    MLflow
    , or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to integrate models into production environments.
  • Work on RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and alignment for task-specific model behavior.

What You Bring
1.5 to 2 years of practical experience in deep learning roles.

  • Strong Python skills with experience in Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain/LangGraph, FastAPI, and tools like Ollama and vLLM for LLM inference.
  • Hands-on with fine-tuning LLMs (e.g. LLaMA-3 via Unsloth, LoRA/QLoRA), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic/multi-agent LLM systems.
  • Exposure to multimodal AI (text + voice/vision), vision models (CNNs, ViTs, VLMs), and datasets like COCO, LAION, or custom data.
  • Familiar with Git, Docker, OpenAI API, and OCR using PaddleOCR v5.
