We are looking for an experienced
Virtual Assistant with a strong background in US Medical Billing
to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both administrative and billing-related tasks with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily RCM operations including charge entry, payment posting, eligibility & benefits, and claims follow-up
  • Maintain patient records, documentation, and internal trackers
  • Coordinate schedules, manage emails, and provide administrative support
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Communicate with internal departments and insurance representatives when needed
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Medical Billing/Healthcare VA roles
  • Strong understanding of US RCM processes (E&B, charge entry, AR basics, denials, etc.)
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently in a structured onsite environment

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 terminology
  • Prior experience with US-based clinics or billing companies
