Position: Key Account Manager Location: Lahore, Pakistan Job Summary: ​ We are looking for a dynamic and results -driven Key Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing client satisfaction, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and business development.Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings.Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to ensure the delivery of high -quality solutions.Track account performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key clients.Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.RequirementsKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.Strong understanding of account management and sales processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
