Key Accounts Operations Manager

Lead and manage day-to-day operations for key accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and issue resolution.
Act as the primary liaison for key clients, building strong and lasting business relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production — to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service agreements.
Requirements:
MBA or a related discipline.
4–6 years of relevant experience in operations or key account management (preferably within the beverages, FMCG industry).
Strong grip on regional markets, sales analytics & modern trade dynamics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150, Rs250,000.00 per month
