We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & PR Manager who is passionate about building brand presence, managing online communities, and driving high-impact digital communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop, plan, and execute creative social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Manage daily content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts.
  • Track social media trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to optimize campaign performance.

Public Relations & Brand Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and digital creators.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, announcements, and media kits.
  • Plan and coordinate PR events, media meet-ups, and brand activations.
  • Manage brand reputation and handle crisis communications effectively.
  • Track, measure, and report PR coverage and campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Social Media Management and/or PR (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and Meta Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong media and influencer connections are a plus.
