Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan shipping schedules and give details to customers when needed.
  2. If there are delays or route changes, work with the Transshipment desk to find the next available option and update customers.
  3. Share an 8-week vessel plan with VIP customers, including departure and arrival times up to the final port.
  4. Give transshipment details to customers on request.
  5. Keep records of important shipments from start to finish, and report any delays to the local agent.
  6. Inform global offices about reasons for delays in important shipments.
  7. Provide required AMS/ACI documents before vessel departure and at transshipment.
  8. Send updates to trade clients about changes in services.
  9. Create or update shipper/consignee codes when needed.
  10. Tell clients about issues like damaged goods, partial loads, or wrongly placed cargo.

KSA & Skill Requirement:

  • Shipping knowledge is a must
  • Writing and speaking skills and creative skills and multitasking
  • Perform under pressure.
  • Handle typical customers efficiently.
  • Work as per global deadlines.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduation preferably Master's
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience with shipping background.
