We Glory Custom Clearing Reputible Firm are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Import Export Executive with extensive, hands-on experience in Pakistan Customs procedures. The ideal candidate will be an expert in customs clearance, filing Goods Declarations (GDs), and leveraging the Export Facilitation Scheme 2021 (EFS 2021) to maximize benefits for the company. This role is critical in ensuring our import and export operations are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customs Clearance & Documentation:

  • Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for both imports and exports.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all necessary documentation to Pakistan Customs and other relevant authorities (e.g., PSW, Banks, Shipping Lines).
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of Goods Declarations (GDs) through the WeBOC system.
  • Classify goods accurately under the Pakistan Customs Tariff (PCT) codes.
  • Calculate and ensure correct payment of customs duties, taxes, and other levies.

  • · Export Facilitation Scheme 2021 (EFS 2021):

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in utilizing the Export Facilitation Scheme 2021.

  • Handle the complete process of filing and managing electronic Form-E.
  • Manage and reconcile the company's Duty & Tax Remission for Exporters (DTRE) scheme, if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with all SROs and regulations under EFS 2021 to avail maximum benefits and avoid penalties.

· Reconciliations & Compliance:

  • Perform regular and meticulous reconciliations of customs records, bank documents, and shipping records.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in documentation, payments, or filings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in customs laws, SROs, import/export policies, and trade agreements.
  • Liaise with customs officials, auditors, and other government departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth clearance.

· Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents.
  • Work closely with internal departments like sales, procurement, and finance to ensure alignment on shipment schedules and documentation.
  • Provide timely updates on the status of shipments and any potential delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Inter or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field. Experience and Skill Preferred

· A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Import/Export

· Non-negotiable Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with Pakistan Customs Clearance and the WeBOC/PSW system.

  • Proven ability to file Goods Declarations (GDs) independently and accurately.
  • Non-negotiable Expertise: Thorough, practical knowledge of the Export Facilitation Scheme 2021 (EFS 2021) rules and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing customs reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of PCT codes, valuation rules, and customs valuation methods.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detal
