Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to increase company revenue. The role involves market research, networking, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including market research and relationship-building
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Experience working with marketing and sales teams
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
