We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic & Video Designer who understands the fast-paced nature of social media, especially TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, short-form videos, and motion graphics tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

You should have an excellent design sense, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to execute high-quality visuals that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Create short-form, engaging video edits optimized for TikTok trends (including transitions, sound sync, captions, etc.).
  • Design promotional graphics, banners, ads, thumbnails, infographics, and branding elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain consistent branding and visual language.
  • Stay updated with design trends, TikTok trends, and algorithmic shifts to craft relevant and viral content.
  • Deliver high-quality assets within tight deadlines.
  • Propose creative ideas, video scripts, and storyboards for viral content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing for TikTok and short-form content (Please attach or link to your TikTok portfolio or sample work).
  • 2+ years (preferably in social media-focused design roles)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and typography.
  • Familiarity with TikTok's editing style, trending formats, sounds, and effects.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end design and video production.
  • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)
  • Ability to brainstorm viral ideas for organic and paid campaigns.

Shift Schedule - Monday to Friday, 06:00 pm to 02:00 am. Please note that it is an In-Person position and requires the candidate to be physically present in our Lahore Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
