RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance positioning and messaging.

· Lead BTL marketing activities, influencer partnerships, and integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.

· Promote brand through social media, events, and content creation.

· Drive product growth through collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

· Manage brand marketing budget, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies

· Coordinate events, product launches, and market research.

· Build and engage with online communities.

· Communicate with clients, customers, and external agencies.

· Support sales team through sales and marketing campaigns.

· Attend events and activations to represent the brand.

· Conduct market analysis to identify consumer insights and trends.

· Ensure version control and maintain internal documents and systems.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 or 2 years of marketing experience.

· Education: At least bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.

· Good communication, organizational, and creative skills.

· Ability to work within budget and meet deadlines.

· Salary Market competitive.
