Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, develop strong brand strategies, and manage social media presence to drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of proven experience in marketing strategy, brand management, and digital marketing, with a strong background as a social media expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead brand-building campaigns to enhance visibility, recognition, and customer loyalty.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze marketing data, trends, and campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.
  • Represent the brand as a digital ambassador and create engaging personal and professional content online.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff or content teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing and brand management.
  • Strong expertise in social media, digital marketing, and influencer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
