Job Title: Corporate International Sales Executive (Australia Market)
Location: Karachi (Full time & On-site).
Working Hours: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).
Salary: 100k to 140k + Commission.
Summary:
KUZ TECH (SMC) PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic "Corporate International Sales Executive (Australia Market)" to manage and grow our sales operations for Australian clients.
This role is for our sister company, Phonebot – a refurbished tech company based in Melbourne, Australia. The company has a strong presence in both Australia and Dubai. We specialize in mobile phones and gadgets and serve customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B sales leads, drive client acquisition, and onboard, manage, and retain corporate clients in the Australian market.
- Execute international sales strategies and outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized tech solutions (e.g., phones, laptops, accessories).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in B2B Sales and the tech industry (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident in cold calling and lead generation
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline and client management.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
- Experience with Australian clients is a plus
