IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Executive Credit Management is responsible for orchestrating the recovery operations of defaulted accounts within an organization. This role aims to strategize and implement effective recovery processes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of default cases. By overseeing recovery targets, analyzing default trends, and maintaining transparent records, the Default Recovery Manager contributes to the financial health of the company while optimizing resource utilization and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze monthly addition to default and report area of concern, improvements, etc. to management.
  • Assigning recovery target to the teams/individuals and scrutinize the performance of teams.
  • Updating of defaulter ledger incorporating payments & adjustments.
  • Arrangement of timely issuance of notices/bills to the defaulters.
  • Making best use of resources, teams, and tools for achieving recovery targets assigned.
  • Timely reporting of Daily Recovery KPI's on weekly and monthly basis.

Qualification:

  • MBA Finance, ACCA, ICMA or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
