Role Overview:

We're looking for a Creative Director who can bring fresh ideas, visual storytelling, and creative direction across our projects. You'll be the 
visionary eye
 behind our digital campaigns, websites, branding, and social media — ensuring everything looks premium, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the creative vision for client brands and internal projects.
  • Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to elevate quality.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, mood boards, and creative concepts.
  • Approve final designs, ensuring consistency and polish.
  • Mentor the design team to improve creativity and design sense.

Skills Required:

  • Strong portfolio in branding, design, and campaign concepts.
  • Experience leading creative teams (agency background preferred).
  • Ability to spot what makes a design 
    premium vs average
    .
  • Knowledge of design trends, social media aesthetics, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
