Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Holidays Travel Agent. The Holidays Travel Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, customer service, car rentals, and travel arrangements. They will also handle sales-related tasks to meet the travel needs of clients. The primary responsibility is to provide impeccable service while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or related field
